A form is one way to collect information from visitors to your website.
There are various ways to have the information from the form parsed and recorded.
On this page I'm using a free service that sends the information to me via email.

The trade-off for the service is a pop-up add which can be closed with ease.
However there are other options that don't involve a pop-up or anything else distracting.
